1. Brief Introduction
Shijiazhuang Ouya Huitong Filter Co., Ltd is known as a leading enterprise in filtration industry by integrating design, manufacture and sales of pre-cleaner, air filter, oil filter and fuel filter in China. The filters are widely used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, engines and vehicles.
With IATF16949& ISO9001 & QS-9000 certified and many invention patents, we have been cooperating with many famous enterprises including YTO, LOVOL, ZOOMLION, YUCHAI, WEICHA and so on. The high product quality is well accepted by the customers all over the world.
2. R&D capability
We have 11 technical staff in our R&D center. 5 of them are directly engaged in product development, 2 are in process development, 2 are in investment decision-making, project management, and 2 are in the laboratory. Their average age is 30 years old.
OYHT pays much attention to develop new products according to technological development and market demand, and continuously introduces new equipment, such as air filter performance tester, filter paper pore size tester, filter paper resistance tester and other laboratory equipment to ensure the product quality. We use 3D software for modeling, finite element analysis, and 3D equipment printing to improve development efficiency.

3.Production Capacity
Our production department has 5 production units, including air filter workshop, Oil/fuel/hydraulic filter workshop, air pre-cleaner workshop, injection moulding workshop, and machining workshop.We have been engaged in the production of high-end filtration products for a long time, and has accumulated a large amount of on-site technology and experience.

We have mature technology and complete production equipment. Each workshop is equipped with a process inspection room, which can monitor the product indicators of the assembly line in real time, and adjust the production method according to the inspection data. The quality control department is equipped with all the instruments for the inspection of the factory items in the standard. including air filter performance tester, salt spray tester, resistance tester and other inspection equipment, which ensure that the qualified rate of the products out of the factory reaches 100%.
